KULLAFILM is a creator-driven production company aiming to make film and TV series connected to the Northwestern Skåneregion, and the area Kullabygden in particular. Founded by Håkan Lindhé, KULLAFILM fosters productions with a strong local connection, that are set and filmed in the South of Sweden yet addresses a global audience.   
  
Håkan Lindhé and Joakim Höglund make a broadly competent pair for this venture. Håkan Lindhé has been a director and screenwriter in film, opera and theatre for over 30 years. In addition to his creative work, Lindhé is an experienced entrepreneur within the industry. In 2003, he co-founded Garagefilm International with Malte Forssell, and in 2010 he founded the mobile TV channel Pocket Entertainment, where he served as CEO and Creative Director until the company merged with Anagram in Lund. Since, Håkan has continued to write and direct hit series such as ”30 Degrees in February”, ”Modus”, and ”The Inner Circle”.  
  
Joakim Höglund grew up in Northwestern Skåne with a passion for film. He traveled to London at a young age to train as First Assistant Director. He began working in Denmark early on, collaborating with renowned directors such as Lars von Trier and Susanne Bier. He has now returned to his hometown on Kullahalvön.   
   
KULLAFILM is committed to the philosophy of locally produced content, and aim to nurture a close collaboration with the local business community, schools, associations, municipalities, and the Region of Skåne. They also welcome collaborations with other production companies.   
   
KULLAFILM is primarily focused on producing dramas, including both films and series, but also documentaries, TV-programs, and commercials. They offer full on-site production services to other production companies interested in the area, utilizing their expansive network.
