Björn Paqualin is a screenwriter and author based in Stockholm. He left law school to attend Stockholm University of the Arts, where he studied screenwriting. Since his graduation, he has worked on, developed and co-developed series such as Hidden, Blue Eyes and Occupied.

Björn has experience across a broad range of genres, including sci-fi, fantasy and comedy, but has a particular love for suspense stories that emphasise drama and strong character development. His writing style is swift and dialogue-driven, often with a dark sense of humour.

In 2020, Björn made his debut as an author with the novel Låt det brinna (Let It Burn), which received great reviews and found its way onto the bestselling charts. His second novel, Mannen på bron (The Man on the Bridge), was released in 2021, followed by the third novel in the series, Enda vägen hem (The Only Way Home) in 2024.
