ELINA LINDSTRÖM is an author and literary editor from Skellefteå, northern Sweden. A former editor and head of children's books at Volante Publishing, she has worked with fiction and non-fiction for children as well as adults. She currently resides in Stockholm.
Lindström has a master's degree in Publishing Studies from Stockholm University and a bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Uppsala University. She is a graduate of the creative writing programme at Gotland Folkhögskola Fårösund.
Lindström is currently working on her debut, to be announced by Albatros Agency. The project draws on the "new weird" genre and is set in her native north. Lindström is inspired by tales of the frightening and absurd in strange formats, internet culture and the ancient mountainous spine of Scandinavia.
